This is a new site for residents of Hualalai Farms, Holualoa, Hawaii and it's purpose is to discuss the wave of coqui frogs that are heading our way. An occasional frog has been caught in the Farms since about 2005 and the latest one on Sept. 11th, 2012. These frogs are believe to have been hitchhikers and since 3 of the frogs were caught on Kealia street, it's safe to say they're coming in from landscapers who bring home green trash from infested homes. Not good. These laborers need to stop this and anyone seeing a truckload of green waste coming into the development should find out what driveway the truck turns into and report this to the board.
In action is a plan but board approval must be met so we're waiting for a board meeting soon. Until then, this site is opened for residents of HFA to vent and voice, throw ideas and comments. If the majority of us participate, we should be able to keep HFA relatively quiet.
Be on alert for me to come talk to you, one at a time...
